A letter of thanks from a student at an elementary school near the field we are managing this spring when he came to pick tea. They picked tea, made tea, and wrote a thank-you letter. The whole process seems to be a set of lessons. Today’s fourth graders learn many things, don’t they?
The hand-rubbed tea making experience will resume. We pick finely the second-growth teas that are growing well now, steam them, and freeze them. Since the amount of tea is small, the experience can be done in 2-3 hours.
Tea experience classes for inbound visitors (tourists from overseas) also resumed.
