{"id":3574,"date":"2023-11-12T10:36:37","date_gmt":"2023-11-12T01:36:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/samuraichajin.com\/?p=3574"},"modified":"2023-12-07T11:16:03","modified_gmt":"2023-12-07T02:16:03","slug":"231112-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/samuraichajin.com\/en\/231112-2\/","title":{"rendered":"The 3rd Yamashiro Area Tea Party"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On Saturday, 11\/11\/2023, the 3rd Yamashiro Community Tea Party was held at Keihanna Plaza in Seika-cho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/samuraichajin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/231111-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3522\" srcset=\"https:\/\/samuraichajin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/231111-2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/samuraichajin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/231111-2-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The tea ceremony is held at various locations in the Yamashiro area, and this is the third and first time it is held in Seika Town.<br>As I was born and live in Seika Town, I was the head of the Japanese tea instructor&#8217;s table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/samuraichajin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/231111-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3523\" srcset=\"https:\/\/samuraichajin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/231111-3.jpg 600w, https:\/\/samuraichajin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/231111-3-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Japanese Tea Instructor&#8217;s seat, which lasted a little over 20 minutes, consisted of matcha chakabuki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/samuraichajin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/231111-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3524\" srcset=\"https:\/\/samuraichajin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/231111-4.jpg 600w, https:\/\/samuraichajin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/231111-4-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>With 135 participants, tickets sell out fast for this very popular tea party.<br>The secret to the popularity of this event is the variety of content, which includes not only Japanese tea instructors, but also matcha and sencha seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/samuraichajin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/231111-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3525\" srcset=\"https:\/\/samuraichajin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/231111-5.jpg 600w, https:\/\/samuraichajin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/231111-5-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After the tea ceremony was over, we also had the opportunity to experience the matcha and sencha tea ceremony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/samuraichajin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/231111-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3526\" srcset=\"https:\/\/samuraichajin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/231111-6.jpg 600w, https:\/\/samuraichajin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/231111-6-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The tea master for the matcha tea ceremony was the mother of a classmate from elementary school, and the tea ceremony master for the sencha tea ceremony was the wife of the boss of my mother&#8217;s former employer.
