Seika Night Cafe
Enjoy a relaxing moment in a too-hidden hideaway.
This is the home base of Samurai Tea House, tucked away by the mountains in Seika Town. The cafe may or may not open at night. It is not bad to have a cup of tea in this too-secluded hideaway.
A high-grade green tea with a strong umami taste, made by steaming and rubbing dry tea shoots grown out of the sun. (Two shots)
A green tea produced mostly in Japan, made by steaming tea shoots grown in the sun and then kneading them dry. (2 brews)
Tencha is a shaded grown green tea made by steaming and drying, then grinding them into a powder using a millstone or similar tool.
Green tea made by roasting large pieces of sencha or stems of sencha.
Tea made by wilting the picked sprouts, rubbing them, and allowing them to ferment moderately before drying them.
A tea with a distinctive burnt aroma made from large tea leaves that have been cut, steamed, dried, and roasted.
Uji Tea Experience
A 2-hour experience with the same content as that performed in the fields of the Samurai tea farmers in Ujitawara. You will make 01, 02, 04 + hojicha (roasted green tea) from the experience menu.

Japanese Tea Show
Five different teas are made using flair bartending techniques.
You will be asked to guess which tea will be served after drinking four different teas. (Samurai Chajin’s own rules will be used for the fun)
Participants will learn how to make matcha tea and then have the opportunity to freely draw pictures on matcha tea. You can redraw as many times as you like.
Making original tea
Drink five different kinds of tea and freely combine them to make your own unique tea. You can take the tea home with you.
